Cooking & pastry lessons

Contact us if you'd like to organize a private group lesson. We request a minimum group size of 6 people.

You will learn professional techniques to create wonderful recipes that can be repeated in your own kitchen.  Go home with detailed recipes, new ideas and learning to season everything until it gets to "delicious"!  The base techniques are typically French Cuisine, but I like to add my own favorite seasonings and flavor combinations.  All skill levels are welcome - if you let me know your experience level and expectations, I can make the lesson complementary for you.  All ingredients are fresh & high quality;  recipes are prepared mostly from scratch. Learn the secrets of professional preparations to make everyday cooking easier, faster and more flavorful.  And let's have some fun while we're at it!

rates per person - Cooking or Pastry Lessons - for 6 to 10 people

  55€ - 2 hours for a lesson only.

  65€ - 2-3 hours lesson + sit-down lunch or dinner. (2 course meal or 1 elaborate pastry recipe.)

  85€ - 5 hours with market visit, lesson & meal (scheduled only in morning through lunch)

Add wine to the meal at 15€pp.
