2-Night Gourmet Getaway Package at Château Ladausse Includes:

  • 1 dinner, 3-Courses, with "apéritif"

  • 1 light dinner on the night of the cooking lesson.

Price is 290€ per person for the package with double occupancy.  Single occupancy surcharge of 140€.

Notes:  

  1. Dinners include “carafe d’eau” water, and half a bottle of wine per person per meal, or other non-alcoholic options of your preference. Wine upgrades are available at guest cost.

  2. The "apéritif" includes 1 drink per person and nibbles.

  3. Transportation services are available to/from train stations or airport.  Please inquire for rates.

  4. Full-day and half-day excursions are available. Please inquire for rates.

Standard Breakfast:  Baguettes, croissants or other viennoiseries, artisinal/home made confiture, French butter, and honey, Greek yoghurt, home made granola.  Fruit smoothies available upon request (with optional protein powder, spirulina, ginger, etc, if desired). Coffee, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, tea or infusion and orange juice, and fresh fruit.

Example of a 3-Course Menu:

Apéritif drink served with warm gougères (cheese puffs) from the oven, toasts with topping du jour, spiced hazelnuts, or other such nibbles.

Entrée (1st Course): 
Toast with foie gras maison mi-cuit (house made duck foie gras), chutney du jour, green salad --- OR --- Cannelloni ricotta et butternut, sauce au chèvre, champignons rôtis (pâte et ricotta fait maison (Ricotta and butternut squash stuffed cannelloni with a goat cheese sauce and roasted mushrooms (house made pasta and ricotta). One option is served.

Plat (Main Course):
Magret de canard d'ici, pommes de terres Sarladaises (garlic & parsley sautéed potatoes), vegetable of the day --- OR --- Dos de cabillaud, sauce lait de coco-curcuma, légumes de saison (Cod filet, coconut milk-turmeric sauce, seasonal vegetables). One option is served.

Dessert:
Tarte du jour (aux pommes, citron meringuée our chocolat), glace maison (Daily tart such as apple, lemon meringue or chocolate) --- OR --- Trilogie de fraises - crémeux fraises, glace fraise, salade de fraises (Strawberry Trilogy - strawberry cream, strawberry ice cream and strawberry salad). One option is served.
