Two-hour lesson followed by lunch at the table with what we've produced, and wine, bien sûr!

Nonparticipating family and friends are welcome to join the table to eat! A supplement of 20€ per person.
Main course + dessert. Menu includes appetizers.

Fish of the day (based on what looks good at the morning market);
White wine cream sauce
Quinoa with fennel, black olives & orange segments
2 desserts:
Strawberries in white wine & whipped cream.
Fruit tart (puff pastry, pastry cream & seasonal fruits like apricots, cherries, strawberreis)
