Cooking lesson & Tasting
“Fish Prepared Three Ways”
Time: 10:30 - 1:30pm
Program: Fish bought that morning at the market will be poached (whole and de-boned), pan-seared (filet) and steamed (filet). Vegetable side dish and two sauces are also on the menu. Recipes provided to take home.
Tasting Follows Lesson: We’ll go to the table with what we’ve prepared.
Price: 50€ per adult.
