“Poulet Farci, Tian de Légumes, Sauce & Dessert"

Time:  10:30 - 1:30/2pm

Program 

Main Course / Plat

  • Chicken breast stuffed with freshly prepared pesto, mozzarella and roasted pepper (Ballotine de poulet farci "à la Caprèse");

  • Vegetable dish called Tian de Légumes with all the flavors of Provence:  tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, thyme - see photo.  (Tian de légumes provençal - voir photo).

  • Sauce du jour:  Saffron-yoghurt, because when it's this hot, who doesn't want the sauce to be cool & refreshing?! / (Sauce safran-yaourt)

Dessert:  Clafoutis (cherry flan). 

Recipes provided to take home.

Tasting Follows Lesson:  We’ll go to the table with what we’ve prepared.  Dégustation suivant le cours.

Price / Prix:  50€ per adult. / 50€ par adulte.
