“Poulet Farci, Tian de Légumes, Sauce & Dessert"

Time:  10:30 - 1:30/2pm

Program 

Main Course / Plat

  • Magret de canard, sauce Cognac et estragon (duck breast from this region, Cognac and tarragon pan sauce)

  • Pommes de terres Sarladaises (potatoes sautéed in garlic and fresh herbs)

  • Vegetable dish called Tian de Légumes with all the flavors of Provence:  tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, thyme - see photo.  (Tian de légumes provençal - voir photo).

Dessert:  Panna cotta à la basilic, coulis de framboise   (Basil panna cotta with raspberry sauce. 

Recipes provided to take home.

Tasting Follows Lesson:  We’ll go to the table with what we’ve prepared.  Dégustation suivant le cours.

Price / Prix:  50€ per adult. / 50€ par adulte.
