Chicken Fricassée Menu
30€/adult ; 15€ per child (9-12 yrs); 10€/young kids (3 – 8 years)
- Tossed green salad
- Summer heirloom tomatoes platter, with balsamic and extra Virgin olive oil
- Fricassée de volaille à l’ancienne with rice = chicken in a white wine cream stew with baby onions and mushrooms. Traditionally served on the bone, this chicken is served boneless with cherry tomatoes and made with Floc de Gasgogne.
- Tarte maison du jour - homemade tart of the day (apple, chocolaté, lemon, strawberry, etc)
Pizzas

- Hawaiin (pineapple, ham, onions, bacon, barbeque sauce), or
- Chorizo-Black olive (with onion and mozzarella cheese)
