(1st Course + Main course + Dessert)

1st course: Avocado spring roll, Spiced lime dipping sauce

Main Course: Filet de poisson, mango-avocado salsa, rice with cilantro and lime

Dessert: Soufflé au chocolat

2 1/2-hour lesson followed by a sit-down lunch. 
Includes wine, fruit juice and water.
